One Chemistry Supplier.
Every Site.

Simple to buy.
Proven to run.

Nova Pressroom is pressroom chemistry built for how procurement buys — not how chemistry companies prefer to sell.

Managing chemistry shouldn't be this hard

Multiple vendors. Inconsistent programs. And products that vary by location.

Nova was built to fix that at the procurement level. One standardized program across your sites. A portfolio that covers the full pressroom. And built-in operator support so go-live doesn't become a floor fight.

Procurement benefits your operators trust.

Three separate paths merging into a single line

Standardized
Portfolio

One program covers your full pressroom: sheetfed, heatset web, coldset web, and flexo. Every product in the Nova portfolio works together. One supplier. One approval process. The same relationship at every site, even as the spec is built for what that site actually runs.

ROI You
Can Show

Consolidated vendors. Reduced SKUs. Lower per-unit cost through volume. Before the pilot starts, we baseline what you're spending per unit at that site — and at the end, you have a before-and-after on the same presses. Not our estimate. Your numbers, to hold the program accountable over time.

Operator
Approved

Every Nova deployment includes on-site support at go-live. A Nova technician is on the floor when chemistry transitions — staying until everything runs correctly. Your operators don't have to guess. You don't have to manage the friction.

One Compliance Program

One supplier means one SDS set, one update cycle, one chemical inventory to produce when an auditor asks. Standardize your chemistry and your compliance program standardizes with it. Every Nova product ships with current documentation, and SDS requests come back within one business day.

Start with one site.

Nova works on a site-by-site pilot basis. Pick a location. We install the chemistry program, show up at go-live, and stay until everything is running correctly — every Nova product, every press at that site. We could roll out to every site at once. We don't, because support quality is what makes the switch stick — and one site at a time is how we keep it high.

That's not a phone call. That's not a startup guide. It's a Nova technician on the floor, accountable to the outcome.

There's no universal chemistry program, every press, substrate, and ink combination behaves differently. We work out what's right at your site and write it down — product by product, press by press. That document is what you take to the next site.

Once the site is running, you decide what comes next. Expand to additional sites, add ongoing support, or step back. The pilot is designed to prove the program — not lock you in.

What’s included, and what isn’t.

On-site support is included at every pilot install, and any time a new chemistry is introduced at a site you already run. If a product tests outside our specification and causes a problem, we're on site at no charge — that's warranty, and we respond within three business days.

Beyond that, on-site support is available when you want it, priced by the day with travel billed at actual cost. You buy a service day when you need one. There's no retainer, no subscription, and no support fee built into your product price.

Most Nova customers have qualified pressroom people of their own. We price accordingly.

Results you can count on.

80% fewer automated press shutdowns

A heatset web pressroom was experiencing persistent chemistry-driven downtime. After switching to Nova's fountain solution, automated press shutdowns fell by 80%, saving 60-90 minutes of press down time per day.

Urgent Regulatory Support

When a customer needed a Method 24 VOC test on short notice, our compliance team mobilized immediately. We gathered the data, coordinated the testing, and filed the records so the customer got what they needed, when they needed it and were able to continue operations with no interruptions.

5× improvement in impressions per plate

A commercial pressroom running 20,000 impressions per plate exceeded 100,000 after switching chemistry and recalibrating press settings. This is saving our customer $2,000 per job vs. previous performance. Same equipment. Right chemistry.
